The ecological challenges of our time are extensive: PAPSTAR sets a good example and accompanies the entire life cycle of its products. The company no longer sees itself ‘only’ as a distributor of disposable products made from renewable raw materials that are valuable from a hygiene and safety perspective, but also takes care of material recycling after use.
The range comprises over 5,000 consumables from more than 200 production facilities (including three within the company's own group), covering the categories of disposable tableware and service packaging, table top and room decoration, as well as products for the home, professional kitchens and hygiene.
Europe-wide logistics and service concepts ensure the permanent availability of the entire product range.
Renewable raw materials
A large proportion of the products are certified compostable or highly recyclable and are manufactured in accordance with international standards.

PAPSTAR offers a comprehensive range of disposable tableware and service packaging specially tailored to the requirements of the catering, catering and food retail industries.
The product range includes plates, bowls, cups and cutlery made from renewable raw materials such as wood, cardboard, sugar cane, palm leaves and bamboo, as well as hygienic packaging solutions for takeaways, delivery services and to-go offerings.

Certified standards
The Forest Stewardship Council®, the most reliable organisation for ensuring important environmental and social standards in forests, has defined uniform basic principles for responsible forest management worldwide. The seal, issued by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o., indicates that the raw materials originate from responsible forest management. The proven instrument of product chain certification is used to ensure this. Traceability is guaranteed by a test number. The validity of the certificate is subject to regular checks.
Household, kitchen, care and hygiene
The ‘Household, kitchen, care and hygiene’ product group offers a wide range of disposable products for private, catering and professional use – for example in commercial kitchens, care facilities or communal catering.
It ranges from practical household and kitchen aids such as baking and sandwich papers, freezer bags, aluminium foil and cling film, bin liners and cleaning and hygiene solutions to professional kitchen utensils such as straining and filter cloths, cut-resistant gloves and plasters, to medical products such as disposable gloves and hygiene and general body protection items. Wherever possible, PAPSTAR focuses on sustainable product alternatives.
